At Manjusivan Creations, every saree is custom-made with care and precision, ensuring that your piece is truly one of a kind. Since each order is crafted exclusively for you,

we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Defect / Damage Cases: If your saree arrives with a defect or damage, we require a clear unboxing video highlighting the issue. This must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• Verification: Once our team reviews and verifies the concern, we will arrange a suitable resolution.
  
• No Exchanges / Returns: As every saree is custom woven, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than proven defects.
