Since all our products are custom-made once an order is placed, please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product complexity and customization.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

3. Shipping Time

• Within India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  
• International Shipping: 10–15 business days after dispatch
  
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service. Any additional customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
